You remain immune to poison and, due to the presence now circulating your body, gain advantage on saves that would otherwise paralyse, or control you. Nytheris now ensures the vitality of your body: you no longer need to breathe, eat, drink or sleep and your body does not naturally decay from being undead. As an action or reaction, you may now clutch your chest and call upon Nytheris for 20 hit points. Nytheris will release a pulse of energy in a 3m radius from your position and deal 2d4 Force damage.
